do not need no introduction. It is one of my favorite desserts, I love eating in Paris, the ever favorite city, sitting at a table in a bistro. Since, unfortunately, I can not go to Paris whenever I feel like a crème brûlée, I'm happy with what I am preparing myself (more often) at home.
