experiment 49: the corn tortillas sarceno

I often tortillas, are prepared in 5 minutes and are a great substitute for bread. This deviates a bit 'from the traditional piadina: I have replaced the lard with the oil and I used buckwheat flour to give a rustic note. The ratio of flour can vary in taste, however, the important thing is that the total is 500 grams.
I wanted to unite Italy (at least at the table): buckwheat, which refers to the North, the center of flat bread and tomato and mozzarella in the south.
